The Work is a simple yet profound process of self-inquiry created by Byron Katie. It gently questions the thoughts that cause suffering—without forcing positivity, bypassing emotion, or pushing for change.

Using four clear questions, you learn to meet stressful beliefs with curiosity rather than fear. Over time, thoughts that once felt overwhelming lose their grip. Clarity returns. The nervous system settles. Inner safety grows.

The Work is simple enough to learn quickly—deep enough to transform a lifetime of beliefs—always grounded in your direct experience. You don’t need to be spiritual, insightful, or emotionally “together.” You only need a willingness to explore—one thought at a time.
