YOUR PAYMENT(S):
Your payment for the Program confirms and finalizes your commitment, according to the amount determined via the portal, cart, or in-person offer by which you have chosen to enroll and pay, including any special discounts. Whether you choose the Pay-in-Full or the Monthly option, all payments in this 12-month commitment are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless explicitly renegotiated in writing and via private two-way conversation with Shawn) You agree to maintain current and valid payment information throughout the term of your membership.
PRIVATE & GROUP CALL POLICIES
We encourage you to be present LIVE on the Group Calls as often as possible (rather than relying on recordings/replays), and to RSVP since it is an intimate group with high participation where all look forward to seeing each other, much like a dinner party. If you do need to miss a call, please let us know and make every effort to listen to the replay.
You are responsible for booking your Private 1:1 calls with Shawn within suggested time frames using the scheduling link provided to you, or by reaching out to Shawn or the TTT support team if none of the available times are convenient for you. If you need to cancel, you are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible, preferably within one week.
Sessions need to be scheduled (or rescheduled) within the same period (module) of this Program, unless otherwise negotiated with Shawn. If sessions are rescheduled more than twice in a given module, you will lose access to that session but will still have other remaining private sessions available to you during future modules, if any. Sessions can sometimes be used in closer succession for crises (or you can add extra private sessions or private packages with your Mastermind discount).
RECORDING & PUBLISHING POLICY
All calls and bonus events will be recorded and posted for internal participant access.
CLOSED RECORDINGS: NMW Mastermind Group Calls are confidential, and no participant content will be shared without your written permission, except with other members of past, current, or future Masterminds. Members have access to a video vault of Mastermind recorded calls and agree to keep strict confidentiality regarding what is discussed in all calls where they are present or in any replays. These recordings/replays are not to be copied or shared under any circumstances.
PRIVATE SESSIONS: Your Private Sessions with Shawn will be recorded and shared only with you for review. If Shawn wishes to repurpose any private session participant content, she may do so only with your express written consent.
REPURPOSING CONTENT: Your own participation in Mastermind Group Calls or Private Sessions will not be quoted or shown without your explicit written permission. If a coaching moment or quote is considered for publication, you will be contacted first. You may grant permission, request anonymity, limit internal use, or deny use. Shawn may quote her own teaching delivered during sessions provided no identifying participant information is included.
OPEN RECORDINGS: For a minimal number of types of events, it will be announced that call recordings may be curated and shared publicly for educational or promotional purposes. Under those circumstances only, TTT may edit or excerpt these recordings without further permission. If you feel your sharing in these events is particularly sensitive, you may request options or notify us within 24 hours that specific excerpts not be used without further permission.
RECORDING OF SHAWN DURING GROUPS/SESSIONS: Shawn may share her own written, audio, or video teachings, facilitations, and anonymized responses to members without consent.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to keep confidential all disclosures made by fellow members during Group Calls, private forums, partner work, or online discussions. Shawn and the TTT team agree to the same. The safety and sacredness of the container rely on mutual trust and respect.
TTT reserves the right to share written or spoken responses given by Shawn for broader educational or promotional purposes but never without removing identifying details unless permission is granted. You may request anonymity at any time.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that the frameworks, teachings, and tools offered in this Program — including but not limited to the Living-in-Symmetry Blueprint™, The Wheel of Self-Forgiveness™, The NO-MATTER-WHAT Way™, and Shawn’s personalized coaching The Work of Byron Katie — are the intellectual property of Shawn Mahshie and Thrive This Time, LLC.
All materials provided are for your personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, teach, distribute, or modify any Program content without written permission.
You are encouraged to share personal wins, testimonials, and insights using Program language, but attribution to Shawn Mahshie and/or the Program is required. You may not teach or package this work as your own unless you have entered into a formal license or certification agreement with Shawn.
RESULTS & GUARANTEE
You acknowledge that your results are your responsibility. While we are confident in the transformative power of this work, outcomes depend on your engagement, application, and life circumstances. No specific results are guaranteed. What is promised is access to robust tools, frameworks, and live coaching that have led many to meaningful internal transformation and deepened connection with themselves and others.
COMMITMENT, CONTINUITY, AND SUPPORT POLICY
Commitment and Early Withdrawal Terms
This program is a transformational journey that unfolds over time. By enrolling, you are making a full-term commitment to yourself, your group, and the process. Sustainable growth requires consistency, trust, and participation—even (and especially) when life feels full or challenging. Many of the most meaningful breakthroughs arise during periods of doubt, resistance, or stretch.
If challenges, burnout, or logistical concerns arise, you agree to reach out so we can address what is happening within the container. These moments are part of the work, not signs that it is failing.
Enrollment represents a full and binding commitment for the entire 12-month term. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Client understands and agrees that no unilateral cancellation or early termination is permitted except as expressly outlined in this Agreement, and that all scheduled payments remain due regardless of participation level, life changes, or perceived progress.
Financial or Logistical Hardship: In the event that your financial or logistical situation changes drastically in real terms (not merely inconvenience), you agree to engage in good-faith discussions and problem-solving with Thrive This Time, LLC (TTT) via direct, two-way discussion with Shawn Mahshie over the course of at least one month. This process may include exploring scholarship options, modified payment plans, or adjusted participation levels that maintain the integrity of both your work and your commitment to the group. Should it be determined that there are no feasible alternatives other than ending participation, TTT requires:
● One-Month Written Notice (notice received at least one billing cycle before the final payment withdrawal)
● A Group-Commitment Early-Cancellation Fee equal to one monthly payment (unless otherwise negotiated by mutual written agreement with Shawn)
This Early-Cancellation Fee will be directed toward scholarships for future Mastermind participants at TTT’s discretion.
(FULL-PAY: In the case of a full-pay (one-year) agreement, both the final payment and the Early-Cancellation Fee will be calculated based on the program’s standard monthly rate for the Monthly-Pay option, rather than the participant’s discounted full-pay rate.)
NOTE: The Early-Cancellation Fee (and, in some cases, the final monthly payment) may be spread across more months through mutual written agreement in the case of withdrawal due to financial hardship.
Program-Related Requests: In the rare case that you wish to withdraw for reasons unrelated to financial or logistical hardship—such as dissatisfaction, lack of progress, or feeling disconnected from the community or program deliverables, you agree to first make you concerns known to Shawn at least one month before any such withdrawal would be negotiated, during which time, you agree to
- Engage in at least one private coaching session. During that session, you and Shawn will work directly on an issue you are currently navigating. Only after that session will a discussion take place regarding how to resolve your request to leave the group.
- Engage in direct discussion with Shawn Mahshie regarding your experience, concerns, and possible solutions. At Shawn’s discretion, additional support options—such as assignments, check-ins, or modified participation—may be offered to help you re-engage and get the results you came for. Experience has shown that most participants who complete this process find renewed clarity and remain in the program.Should Shawn agree after observing this process and recommended remedial measures that the participant may be released from their obligation. the same financial terms described above under “Financial and Logistical Hardship” will apply (i.e., One Month written notice and Group Commitment early withdrawal cancellation fee).
Mutual Respect and Integrity: Both parties agree to uphold the spirit of mutual respect and integrity throughout this process. Any exceptions or modifications will be handled with transparency and goodwill, ensuring the integrity of your personal journey, the group’s container, and Thrive This Time’s mission. This document may be updated periodically, and the most current version will be made available to you.
LIABILITY
This Program is not therapy, nor is it a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Shawn and her team serve as facilitators of insight, not as therapists or advisors. By participating in this Program, you agree not to hold Shawn Mahshie, her affiliates, family members, team members, support coaches, or other group participants liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, or financial outcomes that may arise as a result of your participation.
If you attend any in-person event at Chesapeake Paradise (formerly Light Landing) or other affiliated locations, you assume full responsibility for your personal safety and agree not to hold TTT liable for injury or damages beyond what is covered under applicable insurance policies.
TERMINATION & DISPUTES
TTT reserves the right to terminate participation at its discretion for non-payment, breach of terms, or behavior deemed harmful to the group environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases, unless otherwise negotiated.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith dialogue. If unresolved, jurisdiction shall be in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, under the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program by signing below, you are affirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions. By providing your Credit Card or other payment information, you authorize automatic payments under the terms outlined above and accept all terms as legally binding:
