Private Coaching Agreement
Congratulations! On signing on for one of our SELF-SOLIDARITY SOLUTIONS agreement, Radical Shifts via Insightful Coaching, Facilitation, & Support Relationship private coaching/mentoring program. Individual Coaching with Shawn Mahshie is an incredibly valuable source of support and personal evolution.
This Path to Peace Private Coaching Program Agreement is made between Shawn Mahshie, Symmetry of Happiness (SOH), and the undersigned client, (“You.”) and You hereby agree to the following:
- You are entering into the Individual Intensive whereby Shawn Mahshie of Symmetry of Happiness (SOH), will personally provide 1-on-1 coaching, mentoring, and facilitation on a one -session-at-a-time basis.
For your investment, Shawn will provide:
- ONE-TIME 60-MINUTE targeted facilitation to shift perspective around a current challenge [extra time may be added pro-rated in 15-min increments]
- Follow-up with Shawn’s notes, one-liners, and recording.
- You understand and agree that by becoming a “Path to Peace Individual Intensive” client, you have access to the above highly valuable services, and commit to participating in full in this life-changing opportunity, for which you have agreed to pay monthly for the services and expertise offered by Shawn Mahshie in this Private Coaching/Mentoring Program. You are responsible for scheduling your 1-on-1 calls within a month of making this payment, unless otherwise negotiated in writing with SOH; payments are due via automatic withdrawal whether or not you schedule all calls or fully and faithfully participate. Your monthly investment is stated above in the order, to be withdrawn the same day your CC info is submitted. In addition, extra fund will be withdrawn to cover the amount beyond 60 minutes that you and Shawn agree to engage in, billed at the same rate, pro-rated in 15 minute increments, and charged to your CC afterward. You agree that providing your cc information to Shawn constitutes agreement to withdraw this amount.
- If you have never had a session or retreat with Shawn will give you a copy of HeartMinding: 6 Keys to Dependable Peace and Warm Connection, the Wheel of Self-Love PDF, instruction in The Work as you go (if TW is applied in that session) and a copy of her Ebook, The Spark of Self-Love. Shawn will also ask you in advance to fill out a Discovery Form, if you have not already. If you filled out the from and participated fully, and do not feel you received a shift in perspective from it, you can ask for a full refund, and still keep the other gifts as valuable resources.
- Shawn Mahshie has spent considerable time and effort in developing her interpretations and ways of presenting these systems, which includes all materials associated with the “Radical Relationship Relief Individual Intensive” Client Coaching Program, all coaching, mentoring, materials disseminated and strategies taught, and all associated facilitating and coaching. You acknowledge and understand that the methods, processes and strategies taught in your Private Coaching Program constitute Shawn Mahshie’s proprietary system which is confidential, and for which we claim copyright protection, and that we will also be teaching and using The Work of Byron Katie or variations on it. You agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any information discussed within, or in part to any 3rd parties, for any reason, unless it is part of the Client Coaching Program or unless required by legal process, or without express permission of Shawn Mahshie. You agree that Shawn Mahshie may publish her own written or spoken responses to you as long as she does not reveal your identity. SOH agrees that all of your communications within sessions, texts, emails, or other means will be kept in strictest confidence, and SOH will not publish your written, audio, or video communications without your express written permission.
- While SOH is absolutely convinced that you will derive great benefits from your Coaching Program and that you should become as successful in your internal and external transformation toward dependable peace and delicious connection via the Symmetry of Self-Love as you envision, we of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of transformation as a result of your Coaching Program. As with any evolutionary process, each individual’s success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, how effectively you implement the strategies taught, and your efficiency in following up on each phase. The cost of this Program is an investment in yourself and your internal experience of self, life, and others, and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk there is little or no return on this investment. We can guarantee, however that you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to partake of and learn a great deal of usable and translatable strategies, support, coaching, and mentoring that, when followed by others, have achieved life changing results via the radical new journey back to self-solidarity.
- LIABILITY: You agree to not hold Shawn Mahshie, her businesses, family, team members, helpers, or others with whom she is affiliated responsible for any injuries to you while on the property beyond what her current liability insurance agrees to cover, or to any actions, results, or outcomes to yourself or others based on choices you make based on your contact with Shawn, SOH, or her team or during in-person visits to Light Landing. These sessions are not therapy, and anything that is said by Shawn and others is not considered to be advice to you in a professional capacity. Shawn is here to facilitate your own discovery and is not purporting to advise or guide actions taken by clients or retreat participants.
- By entering into this Agreement, You agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby. You agree that by having provided your CC information to Shawn Mahshie, you are authorizing automatic monthly withdrawal via that card for non-refundable payments for a minimum of 6 months, that you will provide notice before ending payments, and that the first 6 months are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
