If you wish to arrive Friday or stay Monday night, or extend your stay into a vacation or individual retreat, please call, text, or email us to arrange a pro-rated fee.
Also, we are willing to pair you with others; if there are others who also wish to be paired and the accommodations make it possible. Just text or email us with your wishes at clarityworks@comcast.net:
- Our accommodations are all unique, which allows you to pick something that fits your preferences and price range
- Most are private bedrooms, however, a couple are in an awesome–with great views, but somewhat public–space like a sleep sofa, with lower cost.

- If you don’t see many choices, that means the other rooms are already reserved.

PLEASE NOTE: While we have some great outdoors to stretch out in, this is an intimate retreat venue with lots of shared space and fun indoors. We’ve had a very successful vacation rental business in both The Flat and The Cottage, and have hosted private retreats in The Work. At the same time, this is just our SECOND group retreat in The Work, so we are trying out one possible way to set up and price accommodations.

TRANSPORTATION and DIRECTIONS
The Washington Area is served by trains, a really reasonable bus from NYC (4 hours), and 3 airports. The closest airports are Baltimore, Washington International (BWI) and Washinton Reagan (DCA). Dulles airport is do-able, but much farther. Questions welcome.
Light Landing is located on Broadwater Creek in Churchton, Maryland (address forthcoming after you register). Pleas contact us if you need other support in arranging your transportation.
HOUSE “RULES”
Come in the spirit of camaraderie, community, cooperation, and FUN, where everyone’s needs are important and a loving sense of humor about the efforts of our dear innocent monkey-minds (and the dear innocent monkey minds of others) is our guiding principle!
Only use candles provided. No smoking within 100 feet of houses and waterfront. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received nine (9) days in advance of the workshop, your tuition will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave the workshop early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This past Fall I attended Shawn’s 3-day riverside healing retreat putting The Work to work, where we dove headfirst into a sublime, lovely, intense, compassionate , and deep entry/ reentry into ourselves.
