Sample Podcast Questions

Conversations that are emotionally honest, practical, and deeply engaging.

What is Self-Solidarity™, and why is it different from traditional self-care?

Self-Solidarity™ is the ability to stand with, by, and for yourself—especially when life gets difficult. While self-care often focuses on what we do for ourselves, Self-Solidarity focuses on how we relate to ourselves. It is the shift from self-abandonment and self-criticism to becoming a reliable source of support, compassion, and self-advocacy from within.

Why do so many successful people still struggle with harsh self-criticism?

Because achievement doesn't automatically heal the survival patterns that taught us to judge, pressure, or abandon ourselves. Many high-achievers learned early that self-criticism was necessary for success, safety, or belonging. What helped them survive often becomes the very thing that prevents them from experiencing peace.

What is The Wheel of Self-Forgiveness™, and how does it work?

The Wheel of Self-Forgiveness™ is a simple three-step process that helps people stop attacking themselves and reconnect with their own innocence, wisdom, and inner support. By understanding the thinking behind a regret, releasing fear-based stories about the future, and learning to become their own source of support, people move from self-blame into Self-Solidarity™.

Why does personal growth often fail to end regret and shame?

Many personal growth approaches help people feel better temporarily, but they don't always address the moment we turn against ourselves. Regret and shame are often fueled by hindsight, fear, and self-abandonment. Until we learn how to stand with ourselves in those moments—rather than judge or punish ourselves—we may continue repeating the same emotional patterns despite years of growth work.

What does it actually mean to “stop abandoning yourself?”

Stopping self-abandonment means no longer withdrawing your love, support, compassion, or advocacy from yourself when things get difficult. It means learning to stay connected to yourself through mistakes, uncertainty, conflict, disappointment, and fear. Instead of turning against yourself, you become the person who stands with, by, and for yourself—no matter what.

How can emotional triggers become pathways to healing and clarity?

Most people see triggers as problems to eliminate. I see them as invitations. Every trigger points to a belief, fear, or survival pattern asking to be understood. When we learn how to work with our reactions instead of fighting them, our greatest frustrations often become direct pathways to insight, freedom, self-trust, and lasting peace.

Why does self-compassion feel unsafe for so many high-achievers?

Many high-achievers unconsciously believe self-criticism is what keeps them motivated, responsible, or successful. Somewhere along the way, they learned that being hard on themselves was necessary to avoid failure, rejection, or disappointment. As a result, self-compassion can feel risky—even irresponsible. The good news is that true self-compassion doesn't lower our standards; it creates the inner safety needed to grow, lead, and thrive without constantly turning against ourselves.
